What is PPE detection?

PPE detection uses computer vision to verify that protective equipment (hard hats, eye protection, harnesses, fall-protection positions) is in place where the work requires it. Visor Protect verifies continuously, without a checkpoint, and routes gaps to the right supervisor in real time.

How is this different from fixed-camera safety monitoring?

Fixed cameras only cover what they point at. Visor also runs on the devices workers carry and wear, so monitoring follows the work: onto construction floors, remote substations, and underground headings where no supervisor can be everywhere.
