AutoAlign heads to MRO Americas 2026: retirements, rework, and readiness

Dan Adamson takes the TechHub stage in Orlando on what technician retirements really cost an MRO operation, and what real-time wearable tools do about it.

AutoAlign will be at MRO Americas in Orlando, April 21–23. It is Aviation Week Network’s annual gathering of the aviation maintenance, repair, and overhaul community, in its 30th year and drawing more than 17,000 attendees to the Orange County Convention Center.

Our co-founder and CEO, Dan Adamson, will be speaking at TechHub on Tuesday, April 21, from 2:45 to 3:00 PM: “The Cost of Retirements in MRO: Risk, Rework, and Readiness.”

The session covers how real-time wearable tools are helping organisations bridge the knowledge gap as experienced technicians retire: the same problem we work on every day in aviation and aerospace, where a departing technician takes decades of type-specific judgement out of the door with them.

You can find us at Booth #858 throughout the show. If you or someone from your team will be attending, it would be good to connect, or book a conversation any time.
